Exclusively at Furniture and Things
At Furniture and Things, we believe you should love the way you sleep. That’s why we created the Sleep on 365 program, an exclusive comfort exchange designed to give you peace of mind long after your new mattress arrives.
Your mattress is a significant investment in your health and overall well-being. With Sleep on 365, you can rest easy knowing that if you’re not completely comfortable after giving it time to adjust, we’ll help you find a better fit, no stress, no surprises.
Buying a mattress is different from buying any other piece of furniture. Even the best mattress can feel unfamiliar at first. Your body may take time to adjust to a new level of support or firmness — especially if your previous mattress was years old.
That’s why we ask you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 90 nights before making a decision. This period allows your body to fully adapt to the feel of your new sleep surface. If, after that time, you still aren’t resting comfortably, our team will help you choose a new mattress that feels just right.
The Sleep on 365 program gives you a full year of flexibility. Between night 90 and night 365, you can make a one-time exchange for another mattress that better fits your comfort and support needs.
To keep the process simple, we only charge a $139 handling fee for all Sleep on 365 exchanges, plus any applicable local delivery fees. Our delivery team will schedule your pickup and replacement at a time that’s convenient for you.
If your exchange involves a box spring only, it still counts as your one-time Sleep on 365 exchange and is subject to the same $139 handling and delivery fees.
We don’t offer refunds under this program — but our goal is to make sure you love your sleep setup. Whether you prefer a firmer feel, a softer surface, or a different size, we’ll help you find a replacement that truly works for you.
To qualify for Sleep on 365, your mattress and accessories must meet the following conditions:
Not Eligible:
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
When you first bring your mattress home, it may feel firmer or softer than the one in the showroom. This is completely normal. Floor models have already been broken in from months of display use, while your mattress is brand new and needs time to settle.
During the first few weeks, you may notice minor differences in firmness or support as materials adjust to your body. This break-in period helps your mattress reach its long-term comfort level. That’s why it’s so important to give your mattress at least 90 nights before considering an exchange.
Our team is always happy to provide care and adjustment tips to help you get the most from your new mattress.
