Protect your mattress purchase and sleep easy knowing that if you’re not sleeping better, we’ll make it right.

Before You Go To Sleep:

• Your new mattress may feel different from your old one at first, this is completely normal.
• Allow your body time to adjust. You’ve likely been sleeping on your current mattress for years; it may take a few days or even weeks to acclimate to the new feel.
• The mattress may also feel slightly different from the showroom sample. Floor models have already been broken in.

Not feeling comfortable on your mattress after 90 nights? No problem!
Between night 90 and night 365, if the comfort and size isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to make a one-time exchange. A reselect fee and any applicable delivery charges will apply. While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll do our best to help you find the perfect mattress!

How It Works:

• Purchase a qualifying mattress, mattress set, or power base along with a mattress protector in the same purchase. See the store for details.
• Sleep on your new mattress for at least 90 nights. If, after that, you’re not sleeping better, we’ll help you reselect another mattress for comfort and support.
• You can make an appointment with one of our team members to schedule a one- time exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value, paying the difference in price.
• Exchanges must be made within 365 days of the delivery date.

  Trial allows for one exchange only (no refunds).   
• If your new mattress costs less, no worries!
  We’ll put the difference on a Plants and Things | Furniture and Things gift card or apply it toward other items you’d like to purchase.

·         All exchanges, including box spring–only exchanges, have a $139 handling fee. Local delivery fees will also apply.

 

The Details:

• Mattress must be in like-new condition—no rips, stains, or damage.
• The law tag must be intact and attached.
• Applies to: All mattress and sleep systems over $999, or mattress-only purchases when used on an approved base or platform.
• Discontinued and closeout sets are not eligible for Sleep on 365 program, unless preapproved.
• Mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, and power bases are non-returnable.
• Box spring exchanges are treated as a one-time Sleep On 365 exchange and are subject to the $139 fee as well as your local delivery fee.

·         Opened pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors are non-returnable.
